Magic Bolt - This seems fine to me
Sunstrike - This seems fine to me
Cold Snap - Being able to freeze someone once a second for 15 seconds is too strong, maybe once or twice over that 15 seconds, but even then it is still rather strong. how many enemies can this hit at once?
Deafening Blast - This also seems fine to me.
