Official Move Approval III

Approved Technique Wrote:Twin Sacrificial Rebirth ★
Cost: 1800
Requires: Remote Control Proficiency, Hive Mind, Shape Shifting
With a set of hand seals and building up a charge of chakra, the user conjures a number of clones ranging from one to five per use. The less time spent the weaker they are in comparison to the original. For a single user-equivalent clone thirty seconds are required, afterward requiring only  two additional seconds for consecutive reproductions but at an exponential chakra/physical cost after the first starting at a moderate level. Additional alterations to appearance will add to the increase in time of each clone’s creation, items and apparel being the easiest, physiological changes being the most.

The user may start with a number of fully formed clones at Cost equal to their TEC at the beginning of the thread/event, provided significant enough time has passed to allow such.

When being directly commanded, clones share a TEC pool equal to the original that is divided evenly and rounded up between them. They can be commanded to move, attack, or defend through their Persona. This is affected directly by their distance from the user as they have a maximum range of 200 meter radius, which falls off gradually in functionality at half that distance. Even when not inherently empowered, all clones are able to communicate and observe using their hive mind like nature. Also they do not require commands to act as any secondary would, but also are limited in the same fashion in regards to combat in that they may not be effective in any competitive sense.

Furthermore, provided the user has a clone within range, they may possess it through concerted concentration, as if it were their own by leaving their primary body prone. The process requires the difference in time equal to the initial effort of creating said clone to a maximum of 30 seconds and a minimum of 3 seconds, and an additional 2 seconds if its body does not match the original.  If this effort is not undertaken the body in question will not function in a manner that is equal to their ability. Like any other ability it may be interrupted and the clone body damaged enough where it forces the user's mind out of it.
Extending the move above with the below. This is an additional feature I want to add to the above that's alread approved. Written as a separate move though due to keeping things clean. I'll add cost into the above when adding it to my roster.

Twin Sacrificial Rebirth: Lesser Avatar
Cost: +300 Om; Extension of Twin Sacrificial Rebirth
Requires: Remote Control Proficiency, Hive Mind, Shape Shifting, Fusion
Using an aspect of the Network, the user is able to bind a Clone on creation or a prexisting one to another person by infusing them with chakra (three seconds charging that is mildly draining). As a result said target individual may make use and possess or control a clone as if they themselves had summoned it using the same technique as the User. However this comes at the cost that controlling the clone is based on the target’s TEC level.
Approved.

Whenever Pinkie needs to increase her fire power when she’s in her default form, she can pull out the Party Cannon from literally out of nowhere in almost an instant. It’s a cartoonishly stereotypical looking canon that’s sky blue with a single pair of pink wheels; each wheel has a white flower design on it. By pressing the fuse of the device with her hoof, it fires confetti, streamers, and balloons. It can also be loaded with cake batter, table cloths, or anything used for party decoration. The contents do not alter its use. When she no longer needs it, it’ll disappear as soon as no one is looking at it.
When wielding the cannon, she can’t use her Super Jump or Burst Movement and it takes 2 seconds to aim at an opponent due to it’s unwieldiness but it fires a 2 foot circle of party supplies at max speed that does double her attack power on a target it hits. Supplies disperse on impact. It magically reloads 1 second later, but it reduces down to normal attack power if used more than 3 times in 1 minute.
Only her default form can use this move.
Approved.

-----------------
Required Proficiencies: Strength, Debuff

Appearance: The handle is about six feet long with a diameter of about 1.5 inches, colored with heavily faded yellow paint.  The head has a black base with faded yellow bristles about a foot wide, 4 inches long and 8 inches tall.

Weight: It can be used more quickly if held from the end with the head (or if the head is screwed off the handle), or swung more slowly at the end opposite of the head to do more damage.  From the head's side, it takes an eighth of a second to attack, but from the opposite side it takes about a second.

Dust Cloud: The head of the broom allows Jams to sweep a cloud of dust into a person's eyes from about ten feet away, blinding them for about 3 seconds.  It takes about 2 seconds to line up a shot, however, and requires some kind of particulate matter like dust, sand or snow to use.  It also tires out Jams after only about four or five uses, so it isn't the best in a crowd.  The cloud itself is about 6 feet in diameter (albeit not being perfectly circular), so it only affects one person at a time.

Other Notes: Although striking with the head of the broom rather than the handle is much more powerful, the head can fall off if used too violently and will need to be screwed on again.  Jams COULD unscrew and throw the head... but eeeeeh.  He would rather screw it back on than throw the head, otherwise it would just be a pole rather than a broom, and I already spent my hour-long life's savings on two proficiencies and the like.
Approved.

(03-09-2016, 08:25 AM)Thor Wrote: Overpower: (300)
Requires: Melee Proficiency
Description: While Thor's major form of attack is his hammer, thanks to his Asgardian strength, he is still quite a formidable opponent. This move represents Thor's ability to fight and defeat much more skilled opponents in hand-to-hand combat by using his abundance of Strength and Stamina to simple ignore their attack and crush them with his own. While the melee proficiency alone allows Thor to punch and kick this move allows him to punch and kick with force. Thor can use this to demolish an average secondary to the grave with a couple well placed hay-makers and a spartan-kick or two. A good example of what I'm taking about is bane vs. batman in the Dark Knight Rises. The way Bane fights is a good reference to how I will use this with Thor.

This isn't a move you can purchase. It's just fodder and your ATK stat used with the Physical Strength proficiency..
