Hamon - That seems fine, as long as you and the people you are buffing realize that you're not increasing stats (That would require a super move).
Next You're Gonna Say... - It still requires Telepathy, without it, you wouldn't know what your opponent was going to say. Insight just lets you obtain information about their stats, powers, moves and transformations. if you want to do what the move says it is doing, you need telepathy (Which is 100 OM cheaper than Insight).
