Hamon - Okay, So you can use this to both debuff an enemy and Buff an Ally in some way (note: You cannot Buff yourself, that's what power ups and transformations are for). But how, exactly, will you be debuffing an enemy? I mean, you can't just reduce someone to a slag-like substance. That'd be way too overpowered. So what sort of de-buffing effect will it have?

How will you be buffing an ally? If you want to actually increase stats, that will require the use of a super moveExample Buff Move.

Next You're Gonna Say... - The move is fine, but Insight doesn't allow you to read someone's mind and determine what they are going to say next, you'll need Telepathy for that. It is also going to highly depend on your TEC stat compared to their's.
