Having read some of the threads involved in this thread, I'm going to label Rogue as "High Profile" and say you have the right to issue challenge.
My logic: It looked like Rogue beat up some troopers in the Nexus, walked through the Coruscant gate (which is high security), and made one post to go across Coruscant and go into the Deep (another Gate that is high security). While the quick travel is something we normally don't get twisted about, the fact that they strolled through the Nexus gate after beating the crap out of some troopers and wasn't stopped for questioning/scanning is against the canon. Dawn will hear that said prime slipped through the gate into the Vasty Deep. Since Rogue's initial costume would have been compromised after entering Coruscant, we'll assume they swapped outfits before rushing out.
You need to reach out to Rogue.
