You really don't need a third character, trust me. I mean you have a hard enough time being active on those two as is!
You really want one that bad? You're willing to do anything? Fine. Get two characters to level 5 each. Oh and you have to have been on the site for at least six months. Come back then and if you still want a third character, then ... I guess you can.
