You don't necessarily have to purchase a move, that coincides with a power you've purchased, right off the bat. Preemptive purchasing is fine, just remember that any moves you want to use that utilize telekinesis will have to be approved in the move approval thread once you've the necessary OM for purchase, if that makes sense?
