The other Dark Lord grinned maliciously as his magic scoured Ganondorf’s mind and body. The light of the world left Ganondorf’s eyes as his entire being became one with the pain seeping into his bones. His throat was raw from his screams and the pains of the battle before were washed away under the tide of the Crucio curse.
Then, it was suddenly over, leaving the sun-darkened man gasping for breath. His reprieve was short-lived, however, as a sudden weight fell upon him, driving the air from his lungs and bringing the Dark King back to his senses. The world returned to him and he was able to once again perceive what was happening around him. It seemed that his respite was afforded by a man with dark hair attacking the tortuous wizard. And as for what had landed on him… it was a young lady. She was admittedly striking, though Ganondorf couldn’t help but to scowl at her as she sputtered out a half-assed apology. And as suddenly as she had landed upon him, she shifted her attitude to one of aggression.
As easy as it would be to destroy the woman, Ganondorf had more pressing matters to attend to. As such, he left his words brief, but to the point.
“Leave me be, wench.”
Ganondorf rose to his feet, for the moment dismissing the, now appalled, young lady who had crashed so unceremoniously into him. His eyes were instead focused upon the two men near to him. After a brief exchange of words and attacks, his savior shone with a powerful aura of light and launched a beam of energy at the wizard. Tom seemed rather more adaptable than Ganondorf would have given the boy credit for, as he counted the beam with an attack of his own. The two energies collided, sending sparks dancing in all directions, and for a moment it seemed they were evenly matched. Then the newcomer’s attack exploded apart as the green lightning of the wizard’s spell tore through it and into him.
The man was launched by the sheer power of Tom’s spell, his form becoming lost in the haze of battle as he tumbled away. Mr. Riddle laughed maliciously as his foe was beaten and Ganondorf knew that he would need to attack him before Tom’s attention returned to him. But considering the ease that the boy had subdued the great Gerudo before, Ganondorf would need to bring his full power to this next confrontation. His face twisted into a sinister grin. The poor boy didn’t know just what sort of pain he was in for. The Triforce of Power shone brightly upon the back of his raised hand as Ganondorf triggered his transformation.
The Gerudo’s body twisted and morphed, bulging and elongating unnaturally as his form changed. His face twisted and grew, becoming a snout. His teeth became jagged and tusks jutted from his mouth. Dense fur sprouted across his skin like grass, and in a few short seconds his transformation was complete. Where once the Dark Gerudo King stood, a monstrous boar now bellowed its fury to Nippur.
The dark wizard had barely a second to register what had just happened before the beast charged him. His bleach white wand rose to level a defense against this onslaught, but was halted as a massive, clawed hand wrapped around his torso. Now it was Tom’s turn to cry out in pain in Ganon’s tight grip, but even that was short lived as the behemoth slammed the boy bodily into the ground. A small spurt of blood spat forth from his mouth from the impact, staining the beast’s hand with a spot of crimson.
Twin spots of pain erupted from Ganon’s side, eliciting a bellow of rage and pain from the beast. Tom was thrown aside, his body tumbling away towards where the energy throwing man had gone, as he turned to face what had caused him pain. And there, standing defiant against the towering monster, was that girl from before. More than a bit of fear shown in her eyes, but her stance was firm and her demeanor defiant. Ganon lowered his head towards her, his snout blowing a hot, stinking gust of breath at her which made her hair stir in the breeze of it. For an eternal moment, the two merely looked at one another. Then, he beast turned with a snort, charging down the road away from her with a bestial roar and leaving Agnes staring after it in bewildered confusion.
