Summoning Clause

Bandit is rapidly running out of space to reasonably carry all her weapons. Would it be acceptable to add a "She can summon or dismiss these weapons with a three second focus" clause to her moves? Would that cost anything?

Alternatively, would it be a feasible Move to make Gloves of Holding, where she can store her weapons within them, but if they're discarded, she can't instantly summon them without picking them up?
