PvP Flags
#41
Tbh, Desco, I think you're overreacting a bit and making WAY too many assumptions about this system.

I mean, personally, having a flag that shows whether or not you want to be attacked is perfectly fine for me. Now, if it's bounty or base related, then sadly the rules come before this system, but I'm fairly certain no one would be so much of an asshole as to randomly attack someone without proper forewarning first, anyway.

Also, this system isn't even official. It isn't like you are REQUIRED to use it, anyway. Why are you making such a big deal out of something you don't even NEED to use?

And finally, I don't think having a flag say one thing makes it suddenly "drama" or "socially unacceptable" if you go "well, I'm gonna be IC and do this." I'm sure we are all sensible, respectful people who can understand why others do other things.

From my understanding, you are worried that this system will cause drama or some kind of crap in the long run due to the nature of the flags, which is totally understandable.

However, I think pretty much everyone here agrees that those flags are more or less something that says "I would prefer you not randomly attack me."

Emphasis on RANDOM. If you notify someone beforehand, then the attack isn't random, is it?

Just my P.O.V on this whole thing.
