How about this.
Having this 'optional' system out here to make people decide whether or not to ignore your preferences on PvP, (assuming you can even be attacked in PvP. That list includes Bounties and people with Bases) and all...
The whole concept promotes public shaming, complaining, and other big issues with forcing it to be a very public issue. Saying otherwise doesn't mean as much as what you are actually doing.
Your preferences are fine, but the rules are spelled out pretty clearly and this kind of thing makes people feel guilty for wanting to follow the rules and be in character by invading or seeking bounties. I find that to be extremely discourteous.
You can do as you please but I'll tell you now I'll have no part of this. I would already follow these preferences in my own actions to an extent. In that I would choose to delay an attack for a more appropriate time or arrange a more relaxed ruleset (like with Magus). But this kind of thing takes it too far, unless it was officially ratified. Which sure, a less forceful PvP system would be fine. If that is what Omni wanted to have.
