Frostbolt; Imagine being an icicle of that size 90 meters per second. It'll hurt like fuck due to the mass and travel speed, as well as the pointed tip. (If you think of it from a real life application point of view.) I'm not honestly sure how to describe it better.
I'd say she can use it while moving, alas using it while moving will probably drop the accurate range from 30 meters to 20.
It doesn't cause a frosty debuff, because I can't afford the proficiency for it, however I'd like to upgrade it to that later.
What do you mean by "used with other moves"?
Iceblock; I'd say it takes about a second for the ice to completely form around her. Ohgod even more profs that I can't afford.
Water elemental; Is it possible to upgrade the guy to be able to punch later when I can afford even more proficiencies that I can't afford right now, oh god this is a disaster. And oh, I entirely forgot the statting, sorry! I think T1's had 5 stats, correct me if I'm wrong. God this is one wimpy elemental. Oh well, meatshield, come to my aid!
