First of all I'm going to assume that when "The First Half" got killed he woke up from where the Introduction Begins. Secondly we have a no "Two people" kinda policy here even if they are the same person. I'm not sure if this is okay and I think you should change it up so it would be less iffy but if you really want to keep it this way I can contact Omni for a ruling.

Moves:

Lightning Strike- How long is the channel?
Summoned Hammer- that's fine
Whiteout- So he must stand still for it's continued effect or he must stop to channel it?
Super Move- Soooo this is either an offensive super move or utility. It either does damage or blinds, it can't do both.
