I've played a little, and I stress that. I definitely prefer it over LoL. The matchmaking seems janked as hell, though. My first standard game I got into a match with obvious pros and got yelled at for my character choice even though we ended up winning.

Problem is with new players is they play with friends...if they have a friend with them with a higher matchmaking they try to balance it out.. and those things happen as you said.
