I have a question about all of this.

The rules state that to make a challenge you need to earn the right to do so. So, where is the thread wherein the assault force earned that right? No faction has recognition to my knowledge so I presume that the base itself is Low Profile according to the rules.
Or is this not the case?
I just don't know because I've not been affiliated with the fight so it was not my concern but I'm curious now.
