Quick question, about where is Thaal located approximately above Nippur and how high up?

Also would stealing a secondaries vehicle or horse to a faster transit to where the action is be legal in terms of RP?

Complerely missed the second part of this at first.

That's an affirmative on the horse-stealing thing, if you can work it out in a way that doesn't seem "Too convenient", if you get my meaning. Not trying to insinuate anything, just stating a point.
