Legacy & War (Battle of Nippur)
#11
There was a commotion going on within the city walls, some sort of swirling mist and a lot more shouting and running around, and having been giving no other orders to go by Dean decided to take this as his cue to act. He was armed and truly dangerous so all the hunter needed now was some prey, and luckily enough for him one of the guards that had been manning the wall had volunteered to go first! The idiot had decided to rush the demon using a sword, so Dean brought up his Colt 1911 and sent a .45 ACP round tearing through the man's chest at what was basically point blank range. Never bring a sword to a gun fight.

Whatever armour this guard wore had not helped the unfortunately soul as blood exploding from his chest as Dean watched him sink to his knees. Holstering his pistol Dean took the guard’s neck in his hands and lifted him to his feet and held him at eye level. Locking his eyes with the terrified man the demon slowly slid the first blade into the man's stomach without saying a word, and gutted the man with a smile. The poor sap's organs spilled to the ground as Dean breathed in deeply, the scent of blood driving him wild.

It hadn't enough for him though, the Mark of Cain was howling for more blood, so who would be next? Looking around Dean spotted three suitable candidates to choose from not very far off from his current location! They seemed to be the dregs left over from the previous battle that had taken place outside this city, and from the looks of it they had already been through a pretty rough beating, but at this point in time none of it really mattered to Dean other then the fact he had someone else to kill.

He decided to go for the closest of the three, a blonde haired freak that he didn't really recognize.

Removing his pistol again, the burning sun reflecting off it's immaculately polished stainless steel surface, Dean pulled the trigger and sent a round flying at his intended opponent, only to have it strike the sand a few meters in front of the guy. He swore under his breath at the missed shot, but at least the exploding sand mixed with the sound of gun fire was enough to draw Victor's attention to Dean.

It was time to say hello the way only a Winchester could!

The demon squeezed the trigger of the pistol, sending another round at his opponent, and then a few seconds later another. The demon turned to the child with the laser rifle that had joined him not too long ago and growled a warning at him, unaware of the movie quote that had slipped in with it.

“Come with me if you want to live, or not. Don't care” As soon as the words had left Dean's lips he rushed forward, heading towards Victor, his eyes now in there black demonic state. He just hoped that the kid might be able to cover his back.

Once the distance between demon and man had closed enough for his liking Dean brought up his pistol and fire a fourth shot at the guy, though this one was from the hip and was likely to go wild. All this racket had probably brought most of the attention to him, but Dean didn't care in the slightest. The demon had chosen a target and he was locked in, no one else would matter until they lay broken, defeated, and dead at his feet.

Becoming a demon had not improved the Winchester's running speed apparently, as it seemed to be taking far too long for his liking to reach his target, giving the man way too much time to formulate a defense against Dean's assault. There was one thing Dean could do to help improve his odds of landing a blow though. Once he was a few meters away from the blonde haired guy he channeled his demonic essence, that churning black pit of rage and hate, and funneled it into his muscles. Getting a temporary burst of speed Dean doubled his pace and rushed at Victor while readying the sharpened jaw bone his held in his opposite hand.

The moment he was close enough Dean slashed the first blade wildly at the man's torso while he let out a vicious yell, though his voice had hardly sounded like his own in that point in time. Whatever sounds came out from his lips were hollow, twisted, and something that no human vocal cords should ever have been able to produce.

Fired 5/7 shots, 2 remain before reload.
Used Burst speed once.
