Gilgamesh sat upon his golden throne peering upon Demetri, his eyes ignited with rage as he looked upon a man who attempted to disrupt his peace. The mongrel’s sarcasm was not helping his case. Ever fiber in the King’s body wanted to deattach the mongrel’s head off of his. He slowly walked over to the thief with every intention of beating down and breaking his every limb. His lips twisted into a malicious grin as he stopped right before Demetri.
A voice echoed throughout the town demanding that the King to give up his rightfully earned throne. The words LAW echoed throughout his mind bringing up memories of the horrid abyss. A figure flashed by his memory...a specific gerudo who supposedly lead an organization called LAW. Memories of pain, disgust, and betrayal flooded to the his mind as he grit his teeth with rage. That voice however, was not familiar. Gilgamesh’s heart dropped. His eyes widened in panic and his breaths became short and jagged as he realized that Ganondorf must have recruited followers into his barbaric organization.
Gilgamesh looked down at Demetri, his eyes that were once filled with seething rage and a desire to punish are now filled with panic and an overwhelming feeling of absolute horror. He ran outside of his throne room to see Anos just dusting some portraits of the King very casually.
“Oh my King, I believe some barbarians are making more…” His voice dropped as his own feeling of terror raised as he saw his valiant King’s distressed face.
“Let free the prisoner and request him to join us in defending the city and it’s people. We might need as much help as we get.”
He ran down the corridor and was about to open the door, when the memory of Agnés flashed across his mind. He turned his head, his voice almost wavering as he yelled out his command.
“Agnés! The people of Nippur need your assistance! I your King need you to fend off these rabid dogs! Come out at once!” The palace doors creaked and gave way underneath the King’s hand, blinding light flooded into the palace. His eyes squinted outside to see the mass panic at this massive catastrophe.
A rising inferno had appeared outside the gates, it’s dancing fires casually brushing against the city walls. People were running in fear back into their houses as four flying men had just threatened to take down the city. Gilgamesh couldn’t already help but feel defeated...his entire Kingdom that he had put so much work into had descended into Chaos and darkness. Anger built up into the King’s eyes, gleaming with a raging inferno.
“Though labors much more demanding than those of Heracles, I have finally brought peace into this land. Those who threaten that peace that I have brought shall know my fury. For a King and his soldiers never surrender or cower from curs like you who threaten to bring Chaos into my land!” His usual calm, collected nature had completely gone away from his body and had been replaced by only his ferocity and his wrath.
The sun blinded his eyes as he tried to look upon the four who had threatened him. One had caught his eye...The Mouse King was back. However, it was quite clear that he was not quite the same as before. The mechanical additions to his body made the King question what had happened to the mouse. He tried to read into the Mouse but...Pain seared through the King’s mind as he had ventured too deep into the Mouse’s mind. One thing was for sure, Mickey was significantly stronger than when they had last met. The mouse slowly descended from his thrusters with a sour frown on his face.
“We meet again, Gilgamesh. I will not let you hurt nor manipulate anyone anymore.” His voice was completely serious and his expression was deadly. One of his hands retracted from his hands and ejected a shining blade. He readied himself almost as if he was about to charge at any moment.
“You cannot talk of ruined peace or pain when you have not witnessed the things I have done for my people. The abomination you have become cannot be permitted on my lands when you threaten to bring destruction to my Kingdom! You shall not be able to defeat me nor take away my divine right to rule!” Gilgamesh’s golden armor fell to the ground and the red runes on his body began to glow with immense power. Golden portals began to upon up behind him and many weapons began to threaten the robotic mouse.
“Now die like the rotten cur you are!”
