Hi, because I was/am the first to post, I WILL be rping / narrating as characters who may not have established their location or had a chance to because of fighting rules which freeze the progression ofthreads/storylines. It is hard for me to guess who may be where because we are in a desert, and it is certainly worth noting that there will be travel threads and probably short explanation stuff to make up for who will be engaging who, without their say-so, for rp purposes, or strategic stuff.

I don't believe everyone is is "one place" yet, but I'm proceeding with caution, plus trying to do what I plan to for this entire round.

This disclaimer was for both the judges and both participating factions, because I don't want anyone to feel offended, or say "but i'm not there yet" or something of the like. Participating members ARE participating if they claimed to in the last thread.
