^That's basically it. He's the movieverse Mewtwo, having settled down to look after Pokemon ala Mewtwo Returns.

You're welcome to write up one yourself if you wish, I'll probably mangle it up a bit and then edit it in. Quite a few of the NPCs still need pages done. I'm just incredibly lazy.
