Excalibur (600)
Excalibur has two forms. In its usual form, Arthuria covers the sword with multiple layers of wind compressed into super-high pressure air, which distorts the refraction of light and renders what is inside completely invisible. This technique is called Invisible Air. (Condition for some moves.)
This makes it so, that her opponents cannot recognize the sword to be the famous sword, Excalibur, as well as makes it very difficult for anyone to discern the size, length, width or trajectory. Technically, it could be said that the opponent cannot know (based on vision, unless they have some means of seeing through the sheath, such as insight, that allows them to analyze the move.) that it’s a blade, before they first clash with it.
The invisibility of the blade allows Arthuria to often take her opponents by surprise as they cannot estimate and parry her attacks through seeing the blades movements.
It should be mentioned that this sheath of wind that veils the blade, dullens its sharpness nearly completely and leaves it blunt. The tip of the blade is still sharp and pointy, capable of piercing.
In its other form, Excalibur is completely visible and in its natural state. This means that the blade is completely sharp, as there is no sheath of wind to dull its edge.

Excaliburs Weight: 1,4 kg
Length of Hilt: 25 cm
Length of the Blade: 75 cm

If you’d like comparisons:
Average Long sword is in total 100-130 cm long, of which the blade length is about 90-110 cm. Average long sword weighs about 1.1 - 1.8 kg.
Arming swords on the other hand are usually 90 cm in total length on average, with the blade length averaging on about 75 cm, and the weight being approximately 1.1kg.

For clarity, I wanted to explain why this move doesn't need the power Stealth:

[12:39:02 PM] ElFailzalot- Kuzan: and it weakens the weapon already, nullifying its cutting power

Now, with that said. I approve of this move at 600 OM.

Release: Invisible Air (300)
Releasing the high pressured air that renders Excalibur invisible causes the pressurized air to surge frantically around Arthuria with great force, capable of knocking down normal people and shaking even firm trees like a typhoon. This however reveals Excalibur in all of its glory leaving the sword visible to all eyes.

Gonna need the Area Attack Proficiency for this one, but will be approved at 300 OM once you add Area Attack. Do this and I will get you set up!
