Random, but if Tartaros is unable to get their due to not having IC knowledge and being too far away...how is Stewie getting there? I get that he's in LAW, but he hasn't met anyone yet.

Stewie was already in the Dunes, making his way towards the large settlement, so he's gonna be able to see a fight going down. Yu and I are hashing out exactly what his entrance will look like.
