I think these look very good. The cost would be 900 though, as there are 3 uses.

The only thing I can see that might need attention is the 'fatigue' of the shield-casting. With the spears and sliders being pretty brittle and not too damaging, you could describe them as having a lower 'energy' cost, but the shield would need a bit more of a downside if it's going to be durable enough to take a few hits (I'm assuming an average prime with 2-3 attack whaling on it). Depending on how you'd want it to work, you could have it linked to his concentration, breaking when he's taken enough 'mental strain' from keeping it up, or keep its use as is but having it take more 'energy' to cast. You could also give it a longer cast time, though for a shield that's problematic in use if you want to block before the attack hits.
