Hana Song (D.Va)
#1
Character name: Hana Song (alias D.Va)

Character source: Overwatch (Blizzard's Game)

Character history:
(Not written by myself, almost straight copy paste from Blizzard with minor edits to tenses as well as the addition of the ending.)

D.Va was a former professional gamer who now uses her skills to pilot a state-of-the-art mech in defense of her homeland.

Twenty years ago, South Korea was attacked by a colossal omnic monstrosity that rose from the depths of the East China Sea. The massive, lumbering construct caused catastrophic damage to coastal cities before it was driven back beneath the waves. In response, the South Korean government developed a mechanized armored drone unit, called MEKA, to protect urban environments in future engagements with the omnic threat.

The government's fears proved to be well founded, as a disturbing pattern of attacks emerged. Every few years, the monstrosity would rise from the sea to assault South Korea and its neighbors. The omnic learned from these encounters, often reconfiguring itself in a different form and appearing with new weapons and capabilities. Each incident ended in a stalemate, with the monstrosity defeated but not destroyed.

As the omnic continued to adapt, it eventually disrupted MEKA's drone-control networks, forcing the military to place pilots in the mechs. Scrambling to find suitable candidates, the government turned to the country's professional gamers, who possessed the necessary reflexes and instincts to operate the mechs' advanced weapons systems. Top stars were drafted, including reigning world champion Hana Song, also known as "D.Va." Famous for her elite skills, D.Va was a fierce competitor who played to win at all costs, and she had a well-earned reputation for showing no mercy to her opponents.

D.Va saw her new mission as a game, fearlessly charging into battle alongside the rest of her MEKA unit, ready to spring to her nation's defense at a moment's notice. She used to stream her combat operations to her adoring fans, and she used to have a status of a global icon due to the size of her following.

It was at this point, that the omnic attacked Korea once more, and the MEKA were deployed to combat the threat. It was after that fight, as the MEKA were celebrating their victory over the repeating threat and Hana was handing out autographs as well as interviews, that she herself, as well as the machine she piloted, vanished with a bright flash of light. After that, she hasn’t been seen or heard of by anyone.

Stats:
Mech Form
ATK: 2
DEF: 4
SPD: 1
TEC: 3
The mech Hana operates. It should be said, that the mech is made from a highly durable material, however, considering it’s a mechanical construct, it has all kinds of joints, that make it possible for stronger beings to possibly tear it apart, for example ripping one of the arms off.

Pilot Form
ATK: 1
DEF: 0
SPD: 4
TEC: 5
Hana herself, the pilot of the Mech. An agile young woman with lightning reflexes and a quick wit.

Starting Proficiencies:
Ranged Proficiency (1000 OM)

Starting Powers:
Master Acrobat (400 OM)
Super Jump 30m (500 OM)
Alternate Form - Pilot (2000 OM)

Starting Moves:
Fusion Cannons (Mech Form) (300 OM)
Hanas mech is armed with two fusion cannons that each have three barrels and function via energy, shooting laser-like projectiles that travel with high speed in a rapid fashion, much like a minigun. The specialty about the cannons is, that they require high skill from their operator, each single shot requiring manual execution.
Their range is mediocre at best, as the bullets start to spread out wider and wider, the further the target is, making it to be difficult to land shots into targets at a longer distance.
The cannons operate with the energy provided by the mechs powercore, so they do not require ammunition or reloading.

HB50 Light Gun (Pilot Form) (300 OM)
Hana is equipped with a light, pink coloured pistol designed to protect her should she be separated from her mech.
She usually keeps it on the belt upon her waist, with the reloader right next to it. The weapon functions with energy, shooting laser-like projectiles with high speed and accuracy. The reloader is used to store and charge the empty magazine, whilst she can use the other, charged one to protect herself.
The reloader holds ten full magazine charges, after which Hana has to charge it within the Mech.
Hana carries three magazines with her, one of which is stored in the gun, whilst the other two are stored at the reloader, ready to be swapped out when the magazine in the gun runs out.
The pistol is accurate even at long ranges, if the user has the necessary skills and experience to operate the weapon in such a manner.
There’s also a phone-charm like chain with a pink bunny head hanging from the handle of the gun, decorating it in a cute fashion.
