"HELLO?" A voice called out from a fair yet not exactly far distance of the Russian. "IS ANYONE OUT THERE?" it called again and sounded closer to Volk. It was the voice of a young adult. And should Volk turn around, he'd be able to see some blue clothing in the distance that was coming his way. And the closer it got the more detailed a figure was seen as Asriel's snow white fur/fluff/whatever was able to blend a tad bit with the blank canvas of the Nexus.
Asriel did stop however when the name 'Elaine' was called and he finally managed to find some signs of other life in this white wasteland. And after processing this information with Frisk, whom thought it was ok to go up to the contractor since he didn't seem hostile for now, the boss monster began making his way to the other life form with a tad more haste than before.
'Finally we found somebody! It sure took a while but we found somebody. Maybe they know more about what's going on than what that Omni guy told us.' Asriel thought with a smile before Frisk responded.
*Frisk informs Asriel that this person might not know more than they did as it seemed like he was lost and looking for someone too. But despite that fact, the thought of hope being somewhere out there fills them with DETERMINATION*
After catching up with the Ookami, Asriel stopped and took a few breaths to recover from the long-ish walk/short run before looking at Volk with a friendly smile and deciding to make the first move. "Howdy! I've been looking for some company for a while now, glad I bumped into you." he said, then standing up straight after getting his breath back and sorted himself out. "Sorry if this is all sudden and what not. I've just been confused ever since I woke up here. My name is Asriel, pleasure to meet you." and stretching his hand out for a handshake was the final part of the goat's greeting. Sure it wasn't exactly the best greeting, heck he might be a little off..... but when you wake up in a strange new world unknown to you, you're bound to panic a bit and be a bit awkward when finally meeting someone. But with the friendly tone in his voice, and the happy-go-lucky smile, Asriel looked genuinely happy/giddy to find someone after so long. They took a few minutes at the fountain before wandering off and getting lost here and there, so hopefully this person knows where he's going.
But hey, one thing's for sure. Compared to Asriel, Volk looked more human-like than the goat person.
