Regardless of your profs and powers, if you want to use the item you have stolen, unless it is just an incidental weapon, you will need mimic. You can't use Moves you don't have and you can't use someone else without mimic. Weapons, shields, etc, these are all moves, sorry, bud. Without Mimic, you may take an item, but it may not be as strong as it was under your opponent's move set, it would be incidental.

Alright so mainly aimed toawrds sasuke here but is it assumed that i dont need the right proficiencies in order to use the weapons as incidental?

No, you still need the right profs. Whether a sword is move level or incidental, you would still need the Physical Strength Prof. to swing it. Sorry for confusing you, all I mean is that without mimic you could not use a player's sword's blast attack in a fight, you would need a sword blast attack move or mimic to perform said blast attack from their sword. You could however, with the move you have made, take someones sword and swing it around as an incidental weapon so long as you have physical str prof, just not the blast attack function of their sword, not without mimic or a move prior to the fight starting. Does that clear up what was meant?
