Pick-pocket(900[melee, ranged, defense], requires Physical Strength, Debuff + weapon's proficiencies)
Demetri is able to steal weapons off of unsuspecting enemies and store them in pockets in his satchel. In order to use the weapon or defense, Demetri needs to have any and all proficients required for the item, but if not then he can only use the item as a simple projectile. Any items that Demetri steals and uses lose some of their their power and durability, meaning that they are only useful for a few uses, depending on the item. Once fully used, they shatter and reform in the hands of whoever the item was taken from. These can vary widely from swords, to guns, and shields, but only applies to physical items. If Demetri is able to snag a projectile, mid air, he can store those as well, and can stack up to ten in one pocket. For example, Demetri can't take a fireball, because its made from the user, and not something that you can just hold and save for later. However, he can take a sword and use it to slice an enemy or parry an attack. Every item he carries gradually slows him down, with a weapon being heavier the more powerful it is. Does not apply to super moves.

However, this cannot be done in the middle of a fight, in which Demetri must make do with his current pick-pocketed arsenal.

I feel like you could just get the Mimic power and do this? (although I guess the price is what we're trying to avoid)

I dunno know. I lean toward a no-go in terms of using this in sanctioned (judged) combat, because it seems like a work-around the mimic power.

I talked with sasuke about it, but yeah anything i take is severely deprived of its power, functioning as basically incidental weapons. In addition, there are a lot of things I can't take, since they have to be physical weapons or items. If someone is using an inward energy source(chakra, magic, etc) there's not any way i can use it. Only exceptions might be things like tom riddle's wand, where's i would probably only get like one use it of. I also already bought it after sasuke's approval. If you want to make any changes to it im fine with that, but i feel like at this point most of the things I take will only have a few uses, at least until i get the om for mimic.
