I can wait to purchase until admin approval if you'd like - I figured making it a Tier 2 Super would work since it is a little strong, but if there's something actually wrong with it I'm totally willing to change it.

@Colonel, I'll add a clause to Three Wishes saying that it can't stop an attack already in motion and will only take effect once an action has already been taken. That way it can't be a "Defense" move in addition to a "Utility" move.
