No, specifically round 1. Ruby and Wakka were not allowed to arrange their own exception to the rule on mutual agreement and so Ruby was penalized for allowing her opponent time to make his post.

Round 2 started with the same rules. Combatants agreeing or not was deemed against the rules in Round 1.

Desco, there were special exceptions made in each round. They weren't posted in the main thread so that there wasn't a big deal made out of it. LARGE misses of the post time were not made exceptions for, like Wakka and Ruby Rose. Discussions were held AT THE TIME of the exception between all affiliated parties.

We are moderating this competition, and all the involved parties have accepted those terms.
