This tool is used for selecting his shapeshifting ability and his text box.

So it's just a box that appears over his head? That's fine for 0 OM as it doesn't add anything to combat and is just for looks.

Was able to revamp the abilities with your help, I'll leave it up to ye olde character judgement committee if the moves are good to go or not. Also took your advice on the Physical Strength, he could definitely use it.
