In rules it is stated that you need to have earned 8k OM to be eligible for a second character. It means that you need to have 8k in Earned OM or that you need to have actually received 8k (thus having ~13k in Earned OM) for your writing?
So, can you be someone with multiple personalities and/or bodies (not clones, summons or anything like it), a sorcerer with a pet daemon for example, but one character in every single sense with exception to roleplaying? Obviously with no use for any sort of advantage, barring a possibility of having it as an Assist.

No. We try to keep the history and the rules of the site consistent. If your character had been around for a while, they would be stronger than a new Prime, for one. Keep it simple.
