Character name: "The Dreamer"
Character source: Original.
Character history: A normal Human Male of 21 years. That's the way they were perceived on Earth, and they were treated as such. As one of no remarkable talent or skill. Although looks aren't everything. They were the living embodiment of this idea. They held worlds within their mind, yet they were chained to their flesh vessel, to forever be unable to show the world how extraordinary they were.
The one call Omni could see past their flesh prison though. He brought them to a world where they could actualize the infinite potential that lay between their ears.
This prison of flesh and blood could no longer hold them.
Physical Description:
Human. Caucasian. Male in body. Six feet tall. Brown hair. Blue Eyes.
Often wearing a pea-coat, black in color, along with tan-colored khaki pants and a pair of black-leather ankle-high boots.
Stats:
ATK:1
DEF:1
SPD:3
TEC:5
Proficiencies: Physical Strength 1000 (4000)
Powers: Enhanced Senses: Basic 1400, Foresight 1500, Time Manipulation (300)
Moves:
No Hands, Mom! (Requires Physical Strength, Time Manipulation) - 300 OM
With the change of rules the Omniverse employs, The Dreamer is more easily able to bring what lies in their mind to life.
In this case, they are able to respond to attacks without the need to actually use their actual hands. They use their mind to 'generate' a pair of arms, visible only to those with Enhanced Senses. To those that can see them, they appear as a hollow aura of white/yellow light in the shape of The Dreamers actual arms. The color of the aura can change with the mood or intent of The Dreamer (This is purely cosmetic). They are functionally equivalent to their own actual arms, and have a reach of about 3 feet. The arms are not actually attached to their body, but instead hover slightly away from their body at any position required. Strain placed on these arms, like if they were used to hold up something or push against something, places that strain on The Dreamer's mind, rather than their body.
The Dreamer's expanded perception of the world allows them to react more quickly to perceived attacks with these arms, feeling as if the world around them is slowing as they view it and formulate a response.

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct. Yes.
**On second thought, about the stats, which ones would affect the strength of mental attacks? And which would affect the strength of telekinetic-like attacks?
