The Dreamer travels the same distance to their desired destination, and in the same amount of time as it would have taken them if they were to travel in the Physical Realm, but in the Astral Realm instead. This desired destination must be on that The Dreamer as physically visited before, and the they arrive, the appear in a semi-random location within 30 meters of the target area. To arrive in the exact spot desired, The Dreamer must have entered the Astral Realm within 30 meters of that location before.

This portal can only last long enough for one being to pass, and said being can pass from either side. Friend or Foe. Doing so requires 10 minutes of good concentration and can be done from the Physical Realm or the Astral Realm, allowing entrance or exit from both sides by parties not experienced in this sort of travel.
