"We have a situation here." The Stormtrooper leading the chase said calmly into his comms unit. He had taken a few token potshots at the fleeing little burlap creep, but a quick swerve around a corner and out of the way of several other vehicles and bystanders threw his aim off significantly. "Damn..." he grumbled, clipping his sidearm back to his belt.
"We read you." The voice of the local EPD dispatcher came through over his comm, faint static crackling over the line. "Nature of the disturbance?"
"Two officer casualties from an unprovoked assault. Responded to a break-in and dealt with the suspect, attacked from behind with.... I can't believe what I saw, but cake. Target is an unidentified individual composed of what looks to be..." He cursed under his breath. "...looks to be burlap. Likelihood of being a Prime is high. Currently fleeing from the scene. In pursuit now. Requesting backup on standby if things get out of control."
"We have eyes on you and are tracking the situation. Backup is being prepared and en-route to close response distance. The remainder of your unit is en route to the scene and will be there in T-minus three."
"Roger that." He looked over one shoulder at two other Stormtroopers, and with a single gesture, received a confirming nod in response. "Let's bag this bag, boys."
In a matter of moments, the leader of the three-man squad swerved to a halt a dozen paces away from the wreckage of collided vehicles. Dismounting his speederbike, he drew his trusty EE-11 blaster from his belt. A single click and the weapon was ready to fire, and he brought it up and had it trained on Sackboy, slowly advancing to only a handful of paces from the crash site. "Empire Peace Division. You." He gestured at the burlap creature with his rifle. "You are under arrest for assault and murder of Empire soldiers. Comply and face charges, or we will fire." The click-clack of his associates' rifles being reading resounded a pace behind and at either side of him.
One of them indicated Connor. "Back away from the scene and stay out of this, Prime, if you don't want to get involved."

You have choose to comply with the arrest, or you may choose to resist arrest.
Connor Hound
You have the option of remaining uninvolved, or involving yourself if you so choose. Just be aware that you will face similar consequences to Sackboy if you become involved.
