Deepen your character! (Quiz for your roster)
#17
((Okay, for novelty, attempting to do this fully in first-person in-character as Athena. ||D))

Lame question to start! Favorite color? Gold. Certain blues are also pleasant.

Your character’s greatest fear? Bonus question: If your character confronted a Boggart, what would your character turn them to make them funny? ||-| Loss of control. It is a constant threat. And betrayal... which I have so far succeeded in preventing by placing my full trust in only one or two individuals. I'm not sure what a Boggart is, but if I had to create something amusing, I would turn it into a comedian. Isn't that the most sensible answer? \\-/ I don't know how effective that would be if my goal were to amuse myself, though. I've been told I have no sense of humor.

Your character’s ultimate goal(s)? I need to recover the knowledge that I lost. It is practically my identity. Aside from that, I would very much like to return to my home dimension and the role I was created to fill.

If your character found a wishing lamp with a genie that grants one wish - any wish they want - what would it be? An infinite number of wishes, just to keep in reserve. ||-,

Choose any two: (the arrangement is Power, Magic and Stealth)
Melee (Big & strong weapons, Contact Spells, Poisoned Daggers), Ranged (Big guns, Missile Spells, Bow & Arrow)?

"Contact spells" covers a wide range of arcane tools. For example, if I could equip an arcane weapon that turned my enemies into puddles of water instantly upon contact, wouldn't that always be preferable? As for ranged weapons, missiles are the cleanest and by far the easiest to control.

What's your character’s favorite music genre? Actually, I know very little about music. I haven't personally encountered much of it, at least that I can remember, aside from Zamir's earsplitting dubstep mixes. I never liked those much, unlike Kattly. However, I have a very faint recollection of having a fondness for the sound of this instrument. Don't ask me where I've seen it before; I don't know. I can't even recall what sort of noise it makes.

Favorite food & drink? I don't really need to consume nutrients in the traditional fashion. However, once I did try a dish known as... "pizza?" It was passable, but not worth the feeling of fullness in my stomach afterwards.

On the opposite side, what do they hate eating/drinking the most? Anything alcoholic. I absolutely will not get near it, unlike certain members of my former party. My mind is my greatest weapon, tool, and refuge - the last thing I need is to have it dulled and muddied.

Choose one of each: Chaos, Neutral, Order? Good, Neutral, Evil? I... don't know. Certainly not Chaos; not unless I'm having one of my irrational spells. I think our team is probably good, overall? We do good, I think, although we each have our own motives. I'd place myself closer to Neutral, however. I'm not ashamed of doing what is best for my team at the expense of lesser beings.

Your char finds a treasure box which holds something they really want. What is inside it?A strange, fluid blue substance that will restore my psychic powers... (see Session 2)

If your character designed a game (boardgame, cardgame, videogame…) what would it be? (competitive, coop, fighting, strategy…?) A strategy game, of course. One with such complicated mechanics that only the sharpest of mind could keep track of it all in order to succeed. Needless to say, one that I would usually win. ||-,

Your character’s at home when the zombie apocalypse breaks out. They can only take one item with them to escape the horde. What do they take? I have some... less than savory memories regarding a zombie apocalypse. If you don't mind, I'm going to elect to ignore that hypothetical scenario and focus on the question: what item would I always take with me? Although I certainly have a connection to Crescent Gold and it is probably the most practical item I carry around, admittedly I would have a hard time parting with my gear pendant, despite the fact that it is now hardly more than an ornament. It carries a large measure of... *sigh* ..."sentimental value." I'm not fond of that phrase, but I must be honest. The necklace is my only physical connection to my... my captain. I doubt I could stand to leave it behind.

What's their favorite sport? (if it's something fictional, explain to us what the sport consists in) I really don't do sports. =_=

What superhero would your character compare to the most? Superhero? I can't seem to remember anything about those, I'm afraid, although the term sounds somewhat familiar. Analysis of the word would indicate that it might mean "someone who is above a hero." A god? I know of only two: Kiarza and Omni. Between those, most likely Kiarza, since I'm actually a part of his soul.
((OOC: In overall disposition and her approach to problems/combat, I tend to compare her a bit to Raven, although admittedly I'm familiar with very few superheroes. =="))

Is your character a villain or a hero? Or Krillin? Well, I'm not Krillin. At least, I don't think so. That depends upon what a "Krillin" is. I wouldn't consider myself a villain, either, certainly not. I have been many things - a fugitive criminal, an executioner, a psychopath - but during none of those instances did I act in a way that I knew to be wrong. Of course, this brings us to a far deeper discussion of whether villains are villains because they don't realize that their actions are evil, but I must not wax too verbose. I have more inquiries to respond to. Suffice it to say that I do not believe I am a villain, but I would also find it difficult to define myself as a "hero." The title carries too many weighty connotations.

A ghost tries to frighten your character, how do they respond? Until a short time ago, I didn't believe in ghosts. It seems that anything is possible in this world, however, so let me take a moment to place myself in this theoretical situation. ... I am unfazed. I've seen worse, and there is no indication that an incorporeal being could do me physical harm. Besides, either I knew it was coming from several meters away - if I can sense its presence - or I can't see it at all, so how would I even know it was there? I'd probably just mistake its noise for something loud occurring far away enough that I couldn't detect the source. Either that, or one of the voices in my head piping up against my will. They do that occasionally.

((OOC: I had so much fun with these! This was a brilliant idea. ||3 If anyone wants to post more questions, I'll be around!))

"I do what I can to help, but I refuse to bear the burden of being called a hero."

III'm back!
