I don't think the use of the term "guaranteed" is appropriate. It's pretty absolute, and unless the technique is homing, I believe that it is out of place. I suggest putting "nearly guaranteed" instead, to also account for that each bullet has different flight-speeds and an explicit chance to actually evade it.
