Dust is a tall wall of muscle. He has dark shaggy hair that goes down to his thicker neck, red eyes, slightly tanned and scarred skin, perfect posture, and broad shoulders.
Height: 6'9"(206 CM)
Weight: 230 lbs(104 KG)
Body-Type: Athletic, muscular.
Visible Scars:
Dust's scars ranged from burns to whip marks, he looks like a badly taken care of plastic action figure covered in scuffs and scrapes. This doesn't diminish his value in anyway though.
-Worth Noting: A large 'X' made by two sets of four claws sat on Dust's back from tops of shoulder blades down past his rib-cage. (Created by an illusion made courtesy of Harlan Higgs.)
Tattoos:
The number "389" on his neck, tagged by the Russians
Fashion Style:
Simply he has none. Or didn't... Contractors don't have opinions or preferences on articles of clothing. Due to the lack of emotions. He puts on whatever someone tells him to. Otherwise, he would walk around in just a pair of shorts.
Personality:
Something he also lacks... He was far too young to have a personality fleshed out when he changed into a contractor at the age of sixteen, but the Omniverse seems to have affected him in this department.
Dust comes off as an easy going guy, unaffected by pressure, and one with a sense of humor. He's easy to get along with but were still exploring what makes Dust the individual he is. Before it's too late.

The Makings of Dust(Background)
Upon entering the world through extensive and increasingly difficult labor Hokori was born. His mother didn't make it, dying shortly after holding her son for the first and last time. It had been sudden despite how realistic the death was, no questions were raised. His father couldn't bear the idea of going on, but the baby had her eyes and smile.
A year later he began to attempt to fill the void in his heart and his life, as well as finding a suitable mother for his growing son. He found her, or so he thought. Unknowingly he married his wife's killer, a gorgeous nurse who'd been there at the time and has been serving as a shoulder to lean on since his wife's passing.
The family wasn't rich but was well off and frequently took trips to the mountains of Russia for vacations. During the next 16 years, the woman whom he called mom was desperately hiding her maddening anger for his face. It haunted her nightmares and she had more than just a few times held the blade behind her back waiting for the well-taught kid to do something unheard off and get rid of that woman's smiling face once and for all.
But the secrets and the lies caught up to her in the form of leaked e-mails done by the hands of some organization or the other and Hoshi's father slapped her in the face with divorce papers. He stared at her with rage and pain but promised to keep the whole ordeal under the table if she just signed the papers. But the woman was insane, more importantly, she couldn't let either of them live now.
After convincing the man to wait until one last summer vacation to the cabin they owned in the mountain, with pleas of wanting one last summer with her son, she set her revenge into motion. Before they left she contracted someone to set their place ablaze while they were away while preparing for the last summer away from 'home'.
At the cabin, she drugged both of them, then securely chained the two men up to the walls and began to torture the eldest Hoshi. After days of slowly starving Dust while tormenting him by forcing him to watch his father slowly die from blood loss and malnourishment, the woman finally slit the old man's throat. All while admitting frankly to Dust that she had murdered his mother as well. With no remorse at all, she began to confess all her sins to the gagged and bound boy.
The rest of that night was a blur... Honestly, he could only remember how it felt to relinquish his everything to something, and the next moment he was sitting in the piles of snow, barely clothed and blankly staring into the horrified eyes of his step-mother. Her head was in his blood covered hands, her face frozen in fear, and her hair strung drifting in the winds.
The most disturbing part of that night, from another person's perspective, wasn't the part where he felt the impulse to kiss her cold dead lips; but the part where he pressed his mouth to them for 15 seconds before he was able to let it drop from his grip. Internally perhaps that was why white was his favorite color, the blanket of snow that he'd dropped the head into seemed to make his problems disappear.
Eventually, he found himself back in civilization. The questions were hard to understand, even harder to answer. The authorities tucked him away for a few days, but he had nowhere to go. Even without knowing his house went up in flames hours after the plane carried him off the island, he had nothing left in Japan.
Furthermore, everything he might have had to wait for him all seemed meaningless now.
It all seemed for naught, and a day later it would all be just something he had lived through at one time. The Russians tracked him down and after a quick analysis, they found him to be blessed with the curse of being a contractor. Immediately his human rights were waivered and he was thrown into the pound where he was re-educated and groomed for battle. By force, if necessary, and it apparently had been necessary.
**CONTRACTOR(LORE)
Darker Than Black(Anime)
Ten years ago, a mysterious spatial anomaly now known as "Heaven's Gate" appeared in South America, shortly followed by the opening of "Hell's Gate" in Tokyo altering the sky and wreaking havoc on the landscape. The real stars disappeared, replaced by false stars. During this time, people possessing various special abilities—called "Contractors"—emerged, each capable of different supernatural feats. Each Contractor has a corresponding fake star, which reacts to their activities. As such, Contractors are usually identified by their star's Messier catalogue number((SW-808)). Kept secret from the masses, these individuals are known to murder in cold blood, smothering unnecessary emotions with logic and rationality. Their incredible abilities, however, are gained at the cost of their humanity; Contractors are thus named because of an involuntary compulsion to "pay the price" each time their power is used, which can range from eating particular foods or completing meaningless tasks, to self-harm and changing their bodies in peculiar ways. Various nations and organizations around the world train and utilize Contractors as spies and assassins, resulting in violent battles for valuable objects and information.
Following the disastrous Heaven's War, the United States lost its dominant position as a superpower to a mysterious organization named the Syndicate. The story revolves around a Chinese contractor codenamed "Hei" as he undertakes various espionage and assassination missions in Tokyo under the direction of the aforementioned Syndicate. It eventually reveals a plan of the Syndicate to erase the existence of contractors, and a resistance put up by contractors from the Syndicate itself and various espionage agencies.
