Spiritual Attunement and Enlightenment allows you to speak with dead primes that are waiting the three days (OOC and IC) for their revival. You can't interact with them physically, but you can speak to them if you wish. As for being usable while dead... you wouldn't really need to?

I thought they did let you interact with them physically? Attunement's description states that any damage dealt to you whilst meditating is dealt to your real body as well (which certainly makes it seem like you're capable of interacting with things in the Astral verse) and Enlightenment straight-up states that you're physically there; how could you possibly not be able to interact with them in that case?

I am talking specifically about dead primes, and how you can talk to them without entering the Astral verse. Entering the Astral Verse is a different thing entirely.

Edit: and if you read the question asked, you'd know that they were asking about the other things it can do

I wanted to know what dose it do other than allow particularly quick travel to the soul-verse and back and if its usable while dead persay?
