Nealaphh's greatest fear is a stagnant universe. Worse than dead; a petrified, unmoving land where nothing can change and even entropy can't decay.
Dunno how a Boggart would...encapsulate that, but Nealaphh would probably turn it...inside out. That would be pretty funny.

A world where the mind is free to explore its greatest depths and everyone has the chance to fight and work for their full potential. A place ungoverned by the hampering laws of civility and morality. An artist's paradise.
