The only part I had trouble with was where Stephan divulges his purpose there as a merchant.
Sasuke would have immediately gone into his "The King's Hand" role at that point and advised you as a citizen of Nippur to stand down whilst we handle the cities intruders.
Attacking you after you have said this, regardless of mechanical equipment (Naruto's canon has tons of mechanicle weapons and Sasuke would not have assumed you kin or in cahoots with Demetri just over this. Example) doesn't really make sense to me.
Obviously the King's hand is there to stop the invasion/intrusion, not cause it. xD
It's not a big deal, just sayin' =/
