Okay to add to what I've said in chat: the only thing you add is whether he can move around while casting spells.
You also need to know that with the radius expanded so much on the charged form (going from 1 m in radius to 3 meters), the effects are going to be much more dispersed and weak than the verbal form.
Also as a general thing, his appearance needs to be changed to describe what he looks like as obviously the horcrux body got rejected.
