The way I would imagine this to be structured is similar in a way to the Dataverse.
Meaning that if there were to be planets to visit, they would essentially be sub-zones with their own themes and unconnected to the other verses. Although it may be a little much to add a whole set of planets to one verse, so I'm not sure how well that would work.
