Detection - This is just foresight, and doesn't need to be a move. However you are limited to the Foresight rules, which limits you to only a moments notice (at the max, I would say 3 seconds before the attack actually hits).
Anaconda Form - This would fall under the alternate form Rules if you want it to be anything more than a simple shape shift. The rules on Alternate forms can be found here.
