Unwanted Gifts (300 OM) Ranged Proficiency, Buff Proficiency
Guu can pass any of her powers to another prime. For example, she can give another character her shapeshifting ability. To do this, she needs to select a target within line-of-sight and then do a random dance and say meaningless words for about 2 seconds per power given. Said target will immediately feel the effects after that.
Limitations: After she’s passed one or more of her powers, she can’t use said powers herself until the spell is broken. She must stay within the range of her Enhanced Senses of the target in order to maintain the spell. If target is on the edge of her sensed area, the target will feel the given power malfunctioning due to bad connection. Spell is immediately broken after 1 hour or when Guu choses to break it.
She can give powers to more than one prime, but she can’t give a single power to more than one target. To clarify, if she gives Survival to one prime, she can’t give Survival to another prime until the spell is broken. Also, she’ll need to do the incantation for each new target.
Powers that require other powers to function (ex: Dissemble) must be given along side said prerequisites.
OOC permission of the prime’s player is required before this spell can be cast IC.


Unwanted Feels (600 OM) Ranged Proficiency, Buff Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency, Telepathy, Insight
Guu can exaggerate emotions in the minds of her opponents. She selects one target within line-of-sight and then does a meaningless incantation of sorts for 1 second. This causes a predominant emotion in said target to be completely unleashed. The emotion in question is RP fodder, however, this spell either mildly buffs or debuffs the target’s TEC based on Guu’s choosing.
Limitations: In battle, effects only lasts 1 round. Out of battle, it lasts for 5 minutes or more if the player behind the character wants it to last. She can only cast this once per day per person.

If I may, for the Unwanted Gifts, you may want to address the possibility of attempting to give a power to someone who already has that specific power. Does it double up or, the more likely, does it simply not work?

For the Unwanted Feels, you may want to consider the gif image to label it. Though real talk, how much is a "mild amount?" Is it dependent on what the emotion is, is it a percentage based on how strongly the spell affects the individual, is it determined by Guu herself, or is it based on how much TEC the target has beforehand?

I don't think that including a charge while already using the weapon will fly. 'Cause then you can't really call that kind of charging a down side to the move. Charge times generally imply that there is a window to stagger the foe or at least a time when you're left vulnerable/not attacking, so you wouldn't be able to do much else while charging (maybe blocking or something if the strikes don't break your concentration). But with these downsides, the blasts will have a good deal more strength to them as you're sacrificing concentration and (probably) mobility to pull it off. And as you plan on using this as a mid/long range attack, I imagine the 5 second charge won't really be much of an issue. =P

Really? I seem to recall having done something similar to that before... Alright, well, how about a two second pause and a notable investment of energy? Usual stipulations applying of course.
