Animus

[Dean Winchester]

Bakemonogatari
Nisemonogatari
Nekomonogatari
Monogatari Series Second Season
Hanamonogatari
Tsukimonogatari
Owarimonogatari (Still in production)
All the above are technically part of the same series, but they did it weird giving each part/and/or/Season it's own name.

Steins;Gate is also good

Cowboy Bebop (Seconded. Really you have to watch it. Classic)

Hellsing Ultimate (I second this one as well. Haven't seen the original Hellsing)

You already said Psycho Pass so that is good.

Black Lagoon is amazing

C the money of souls and possibility control

Durarara!!

A lot of people like Attack on Titan but I haven't seen it yet myself.

I can't really think of much else that you haven't watched that I have seen.
