Ash was nothing but amused by the reactions to the Claw and Quill. One of the inspecting guards went pale as he realized the copper scented crimson liquid was real blood. Another was feeling sick to his stomach, who finally tossed up today's breakfast upon the discovery of the hair. She didn't need them to apologize for their comrade's reactions and verbal explanations of "Can't keep rookies nowadays." to know he was new on the front lines. The demonic human then woread the most satisfied smirk on her face, as if she had indeed got something out of the half-hearted mild attempts of seduction.
This smirk firmly planted itself on Ash's face for the remaining search of the small party's belongings. Only growing as Jaixe words came out of his mouth with stiff force, demanding compensation for their wasted time. The head guard in the over elaborate metal seemed all to happy to comply once they were cleared of any spy status. Because Imperial spies were of the horn and tail kind. She was more likely to be a hell is spy, serving the dark lord by collecting information regardless of the contents.. Which made Jaixe the devil if that were the truth. Which she supposed could still be true. As the evil lord was a master at deception and the attractive heartless matched this in several ways.
Eventually they were given back their respective items, shaking hands made the two weapons' metal knock against one another. This just made Ash smile more. She reached her equipment to the places they were before. Then with the same agility and balance from before Ash returned to the saddle of her plain looking horse, where she waited for her partner to also climb up. And while she waited, she sought out to reconnect to the devices from before. So when the heartless spurred his mount back to her side and asked his question she could confidently say, "Of course." With another smile.
She waited a bit longer, to walk further away from prying ears before offering more. "What is your wish, Dark Lord?" She added with a playful smirk.
"Actually I disconnect from them out of percussion just for you, but reestablishing the connection wasn't that big of a chore. I don't believe anyone in the Omniverse has ever heard of password protection. Collecting information digitally seems to be the best way to go." She kindly informed. "I could probably record the video feed while I do some other task for you, and we can go through the fights later when we're bored and with nothing to do."
When exactly that would be was a mystery to her, but he might have something else he wants her for. Other than recon.
