The idea of having a subzone or 2 extra within the verses isny a bad idea, i do however would like to point out that letting members create said sub verse would be very unwise. Howmany primes have come and gone after just a few weeks. This way they will create subverses that will never be used.
Another point, because there are so many different canons we draw our characters from its impossible to give each and every one of them a sub verse that "fit their character" there are many places already, just find out how your character would react there. Just because superman is from krypton doesnt mean he cannot adjust to life on earth
make it work.
And lastly...if you are a comitted roleplayer and you save up plenty of OM and fame on the site you could set up something special. Just look at Ambrosia... everything created by Guu with time and effort . Because of the time and effort something like this is possible, and not just create something on a whim.
