Been a while since staff has responded to this, so I'll pop in here for you.

The Amplifier of Eternal Burns (600 OM, requires Ranged, Debuff, Area Attack Proficiencies, Telepathy)
A simple artifact, enchanted with a variety of illusion spells to throw the user's voice, The Amplifier of Eternal Burns is empowered by the souls of its victims, feeding its dread powers with those unable to withstand its fell onslaught. As an added bonus, it acts as the focus of DJ Phylactery's magic, allowing him to concentrate his powers on the unfortunate who believed they could step to him, reading through their thoughts, then their memories, in search of the sickest burn imaginable. Unfortunately, the spirits inside long for a hero to set them free of Phylactery's clutches, and often fly to the subject of his assault when his concentration slips, granting them the power to respond in kind.
