This is a really cool idea. I looked over my description and personality sections in my own rosters and found them to be very lacking after reading this. I'll definitely be expanding on it in a similar style in my rosters. Also worth noting when writing this up, as it's designed to make it easier to interact with other writers here, Mickey has a very well done post at the end of his roster that breaks down the specifics of RPing with him from an OOC perspective as well. It's another very good idea worth sharing, while we're on the subject. I'll be combining this with that.
