Official Move Approval III

So its been three days since this was posted up. Still need an official review from Proto or Omni on it as per Minato's request to confirm whether or not I need to actually pay for it or not as fodder or a move.

Chakra Walking
Cost: 300 Om
Requires: Physical Strength
Through passive manipulation of chakra within the body, the user is able to attach or anchor themselves to surfaces as if they were normal ground such as walls, ceilings and water without suffering any loss of ability. The technique is basic enough where it costs the user little to nothing and requires no concentration to perform while still allowing them to perform other chakra intensive techniques.

I've been meaning to grab a move like this, but haven't had a need for it until now... Sasuke to is also proficient in Chakra walking! xD

Also, would I need to create a move for general parkour, or am I good to have this ability with sufficient speed? (I have 4)

I have no problem with anyone else using that technique/move. Though note that Omni and Minato had me edit it post approval so it only used a 'small' amount of chakra.
